  1. What is a Saved Search?
    When you do a search on SingleMuslim.com you have the option to Save this Search so you can load your search criteria in future. Simply enter a name for the saved search for your reference and click Save.

    When you save your search you are given the option to receive New Member Alerts. You will receive an email whenever a new members signs up who matches your saved search criteria.

  2. Why do I recieve so many new member notification emails, and can I turn these off?
    These are sent out when a user registers who matches one of your Saved Searches. You can control whether you receive these emails by changing your New Member Alert settings.

    To turn New Member Alerts on or off, please follow these simple steps:
    1. Log in to your Single Muslim profile and select My Searches from the main menu.
    2. Click the alarm icon next to the name of the saved search and this will toggle the email alerts on and off.
    If you don't want to receive these messages in future, simply un-tick the New Member Alerts box when you save your search.
