As-Salamu Alaykum,

My name is Tanya and I am from a surrounding area of Liverpool (nope, I'm not scouser and yep your scouse impersonations definitely need work lol)

I am a divorced women, blessed with an incredibly amazing beautiful 10 year old son. We are a very happy, independent and content little family, alhamdulillah.

I am not looking for perfection, as i believe we are always striving to better ourselves. However, I am looking for someone I could welcome into our loving family inshallah.

Like everyone, I also have a story to tell. I am willing to listen to yours without judgement, and likewise looking for someone who will be mindful and respectful of my experiences.

I am by no means perfect, however religion is a part of who i am and is implicated into my lifestyle. That doesn't mean, only honouring the five pillars of islam, but rather the more simple and beautiful elements of our deen such as; conduct, intention and integrity. I understand our cultural expectations, and am very culturally accustomed, however a balance between culture and religion is necessary.
